Reservation Rules

Rules and Regulations

You need a valid credit to book online - we accept them all. Your credit card will be charged for a 10% deposit (down payment) and a booking fee. Once you have selected the number of people and number of nights you will be prompted for your credit card details to confirm you're booking. You will receive an on-screen confirmation of your reservation which you should print and bring to the hostel. The balance due when you arrive at the hostel will be clearly displayed on your booking confirmation.

You can make a reservation for up to 10 people online. If you have an enquiry for 10 or more people please send us an email with the group request. We will do our best to reply to your group enquiry within 48 hours.

If you don't have a credit card but know someone who will let you book using their card, that's ok. The name on the credit card can be different to the name on the reservation. Please remember though, in the event of a no-show the hostel will charge the credit card used for the total of the first night's accommodation.

If you wish to cancel your booking you must contact us directly using the contact details on your booking confirmation, please remember to quote your booking reference in any correspondence with us. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee and deposit are non-refundable. You must give at least 24 hours cancellation notice to us to avoid a no-show charge. The no-show charge is the total of the first night's accommodation cost and will be charged to your credit card if you do not notify the hostel
in time.

When you use your credit card to buy goods or make reservations over the Internet, you have the same concerns as you would when using your credit card over the telephone:
" Is the business I am dealing with a reputable company?
" Could someone else obtain my credit card details and use my credit card number?
Every day you use your credit card in shops and restaurants and give it to cashiers and waiters, you also use it frequently to book tickets or to pay for items over the phone. Using your credit card number on the Internet is no more dangerous than the
any of the above situations. In fact, it is often more secure to give out your account number over the Internet, because many sites work with your browser software to encode your transaction so if outside parties intercept it, they won't be able to read it.
We, and Hostelworld.com recommends that you keep up to date with the latest browsers to ensure maximum security for your online transactions.
